The diagnostic checks carried out by our technical staff in the Paper Mills result in many benefits to our customers as well as a better knowledge of the company. Therefore our SCANPRO controls highlight the following:
· Production per hour;· Dryness at ingoing side and outgoing side of the press;· Felt moisture ratios;· Water released to the press;· Felt caliper;
· Air speed at the suction boxes;· Specific air flow of the conditioning equipment; · Actual felt permeability.
All the above items are specified in a report together with a detailed sketch, in addition to profiles of humidity and temperature (useful in the case of steam boxes).
For what concerns the dryer section we are able to check the profiles of temperatures, sheet, cylinders and fabrics, relatives and absolute humidity of the pockets along this part of the paper machine, analysing the problems and giving the solutions for the best efficiency.
We have also available:
FELT PERM checking which is essential on high performance machinery and stroboscopic checking to point out eventual slithering or speed differences between different organs of the machine.
Very interesting are additionally the controlling of the drying section, wich involving the various temperature diagrams of the steam, the cylinders and the dryer fabrics, as well as the relative and absolute dampness, the point of dew and whatever else puts the paper market in condition to identify the critical points of the drying section and give the felt mill the possibility to supply the most appropriate typology of dryer fabric for each and every position.
